Lip Blush After Care
This is where you shine.
Follow these steps for the best healed result!
- •Your lips will likely be swollen -- this is completely normal!
- •For the first two hours, gently blot any lymph fluid that appears on your lips. Apply the provided balm as often as needed to prevent the lips from drying out.
- •Use a straw when drinking to avoid any contamination. Avoid oily, spicy, and heavily salted foods. After each meal gently rinse and clean your lips with water, pat them dry with a clean paper towel and reapply the balm.
- •Your lips will feel dry and may peel. DO NOT pick at them. Let the flaking happen naturally.
- •Keep your lips consistently hydrated with the provided balm.
- •Spicy foods, hot liquids, alcohol
- •Excessive sweating
- •Kissing
- •Direct sun exposure
- •Rubbing or picking the lips
- •Any makeup on the lips (besides balm) until fully healed
- •Facial treatments
- •Rough materials like towels
- •Swimming, saltwater and direct water pressure on the lips
- •You may return to your normal routine. However, keeping your lips well hydrated will help you achieve the best final healed result!
- •Your lips will continue to heal for 6 weeks.
