Booking Fees & Payment Terms
To secure an appointment, a Non-Refundable Booking Fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee compensates for the administrative cost of booking and reserves the artist’s time. It is deducted from the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.

We accept major credit cards for booking fees. The remaining balance is due on the day of the procedure.
Rescheduling
Guidelines for transferring your reserved time
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if proper notice is provided.
Notice Requirement: You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment.
Transfer Limit: Booking fees are transferable to a new date up to two (2) times only.
Forfeiture: If you attempt to reschedule a third time, or if you fail to provide 48 hours' notice, your original booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to secure a new date.

Cancellation & Late Notice Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are considered "Late Cancellations."

A late cancellation will result in the immediate forfeiture of your non-refundable booking fee.
50% cancellation fee is applicable for a late cancellations or in cases on no-show
No-Show Policy
A No-Show has a significant impact on our business. You are considered a No-Show if:

You arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice.
You fail to communicate a cancellation or rescheduling request before your appointment time.
Financial Penalty for No-Shows:
Full Service Charge: By booking, you authorize Asunta Cosmetic Tattoo to charge the credit card on file for 100% of the remaining service balance in the event of a No-Show.
Future Booking: Clients who No-Show may be refused future services at the discretion of Asunta Cosmetic Tattoo.
Late Arrivals
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to allow for necessary paperwork and numbing.
Grace Period: There is a strict 15-minute grace period.
Consequence: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment to prevent delaying subsequent clients. This will be treated as a No-Show, and applicable fees will apply.
Compliance
Pre-Care Compliance
If you arrive for your appointment having failed to follow the Pre-Care Instructions (e.g., sunburned skin, use of blood thinners/alcohol, active breakouts, or undisclosed medical contraindications), your artist cannot ethically or safely perform the procedure.
Your appointment will be canceled, and the Cancellation/No-Show policy will apply (forfeiture of booking fee and/or full charge). It is the client's responsibility to review all Pre-Care policies prior to booking.
Artist Changes
Artist-Initiated Cancellations
Asunta Cosmetic Tattoo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergency, illness, equipment failure, or unsafe conditions. In the unlikely event that we must cancel your appointment, your Booking Fee will be transferred to a future date or refunded at the artist’s discretion.

Healed results vary by individual. As this is a cosmetic service involving living tissue, no refunds will be issued for services rendered.

Asunta Cosmetic Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, for any reason, provided such refusal is not based on race, creed, color, religion, national origin, or other protected status. Reasons for refusal may include but are not limited to: violation of policies, unsuitable skin conditions, or disrespectful behavior.
